The leaderboard
Every Lockin store appears on a leaderboard other sellers can see, with its sales from orders that have a tracking number. You can hide your store's name, picture and products from other sellers, but not your sales. Customers' names and addresses never appear.
What the Terms will cover
- What can be sold. Only legal goods. Illegal goods, including fakes of other brands' products, stolen goods and accounts, get a store suspended.
- Payments. Customers pay sellers directly. Lockin doesn't hold, send or refund that money, and disputes over a sale are between the seller and their customer.
- Sellers' payment accounts. Each seller is responsible for following the rules of the payment services they use.
- Plans. A 7-day free trial, then $10 or $30 a month. A store that isn't paid for closes after a short grace period.
- Closing a store. When and how Lockin can suspend one, and what happens to its data.
